Ecstasy

my problem is that my brain doesnt recognise the word moderation...WITH ANYTHING so its all or nothing

if i have 1 glass of wine i have to finish the bottle....then open another....etc etc

and if im out and have one drink i have to have 20...and even buying them one at a time isnt good enough cus i cant pick...so i end up getting a double baileys to down...a glass of wine to sip and a pint to ponder on...after a few times doing that i start thinking what else i can get into my stomach/nose at the nearest opportunity

but no more drinkypoo's for me for a while...if u see me with one in promise please take it off me
