we all know that if yer gunna take it and look after yerself risks to your health are reduced but.........

any sane person will knowif u keep doin somthing week after week, month in month out sooner or later its gunna catch up with u and either pshychologically or physically it will have some effect.

before xmas its fair to say i was overdoing everything and i was out of control.. there was no moderation at all and the states i was getting too started to affect my normal life outside the weekend. parents, friends etc.. all started to notice changes in me.

i went away at xmas for a few weeks... came back i had quit fags, hadn't taken anything or drunk anything for 4 weeks.. my body actually felt healthy!!

when i eventually went out again i just didn't feel the need to "mess myself up" anymore and since then have been enjoying nights out more and more.

think i've started to ramble a bit here, but the point is we all know its not good for us but you can lessen the side affects by being sensible with it
