Roof its like, you know when u get a bad head...and sickness and they feel like they r both part of what uve got if that makes sense...like this morning i felt like i was going 2 be sick...and that my bad head was cos i felt sick. Its sort of like sea sick its the same kind of thing. I hardly ever feel like this though, as sick as this i mean.

Ive been feelin really crap the past week or so, not necassarily dizzy but ive had been having headaches on and off now all the time n i never ever normally get them bit sniffily 2, the only thing i can figure that its the flu! If you're talking about proper dizzy spells you might have a condition called Labarynthitus (??!) which several people at my place have. You can't spread it like a virus, it's just a condition some people get.

When you get the spins from drinking too much, it's the same effect as that minus the drink.
