    just make sure you get your rotator cuff sorted out...they will help stabilize your shoulder. the hsoulder is mainly stabilised by muscles as opposed to most other joints, where it is ligaments, so you usually can make a difference as long as you do the right exercises!

    don't go doing pecs/biceps work before you get the cuff sorted, or it will make it worse!

    as for the ear infection..ouch!

    i dislocated my thumb once playing football, i went down in a one on one and landed on my hand popping it out.

    goalkeeping can be rough work, luke knows lol

    I dislocated me knee in Eden, in Ibiza 4 times and on the fourth time i tore my medial collateral ligament. Had to have an opp on it to repair it when i got bac home
