    i get shakey leg when sitting in traffic on the central motorway, having a tab and my foot is on the clutch. i have to keep the hadbrake on to make sure i dont move. only happens there though??!!

    was it not cramp in your leg?

    i get it in the bottom of my legs sometimes it really hurts :( and cant get rid of it easily

    had a funny experience with it once tho :);)

    my mate used to wake up sceaming out cos he randomly got cramp during the night...

    ive got this crazy leg syndrome!

    my leg bounces fast as fuck all the damn time.. i cant stop it twitching.. im sure its chemical related. im bloody positive!

    yeah mine always does that... esp when i'm in lectures/bored - i'm sure thats why i'm so skinny, must burn off a few calories the amount it happens.

    i sometimes get really bad cramp in my legs...have woke amy up at silly o'clock in the morning b4 & she thuoght i was having a heart attack but i just had cramp in my leg...it has been known that i've been trying to walk around for an hour & a half getting cold air on to my leg to try to get rid of cramp! :cry:

    "Crazy Random Spasm Leg" CRSL for short is caused by a dehydration and a lack of salt in the body.

    I used to get this REALLY BAD after all nights etc...... PPL normally suffer badly after clubbing/xtc due to negative effects it has on dehydration and bodies minerals.

    Cramp Hint: When suffering from leg cramp put your foot FLAT against a cold wall and make sure your leg is straight. Then try to relax... this normally relax's the muscle.

    but i can never relax when ive got that!!!and straightening your leg makes it hurt more :(

    when stu had it in his leg it felt as though a bone or something in his leg was going to snap....worrying

    i'll try this, but as i have problems getting out of bed to straighten my leg i'm likely to fall over if i try to put it up on a wall... :oops: :(

    I couldnt stand up either. Just drag your self (while lying down) close enuff to a wall and put your sole FLAT on the wall then TRY to relax. The sensation of the cold going up your leg and your leg being in the right position works!

    i get em in ma toes!! :oops: ...its really funn coz ma feet look deformed when it happens!
    i keep getting twitches in ma eye aswell, usually after a night out!
