i havent even been up to newcastle since promise finished but thats not because i think it's rubbish. Its quite expensive to go round the bars but really good for a girly night out! I've hear about digital etc but i havent really go the money to get up there at present!

I think the Newcastle scene is class. Good alternative venues, some good new nights starting to make a name for themselves over the last year or so (Habit in particular) as well as the Cosmic Ballrooms offering a quality new venue for new and established nights. Yeah, ok, so maybe it could do with a good trance night but, evidently people are willing to travel to nights catering for people into this type of music, so it's not the end of the world.

Oh, and then there's Digital which might have some critics but, tbf, I'd quite happily pay me £10 to jump around like a loon in Room 2 @ Shindig or Wax: On......
