My right ankle is weak as fuck, the physiotherapy was a fucking killer as well when i had to go to that but it helped shitloads

The wanted me to pay £300 for some insoles for me shoes/trainers a few years ago but that got KB'D

When i play now i always wear a support for it - the amount of times i have falled even when on the piss or just walking somwhere is unreal, hurts like fuck a sprain as well.

I started out Hooker (I was one of the tallest in my year up untill about 3rd year n stopped growing) then gradually moved outside untill i ended up on the wing, then i moved further outside and relaised i was getting snapped everyweek and gave up...
