Car Insurance

    well just had my renewal notice through. Elephant quoted £700.

    Got a quote online with admiral (same company...), £568 TPFT :D

    2 years ncb now, group 14 car!

    Didnt declare the mods like, although i've just got wheels and a few minor asthetics changes, suspension and exhaust are standard.

    I rang elephant to try to get them to match it to save me fannying on, but they said it was different ratings between them and the best they could do was £620.

    Why didnt they say £620 to start with?!

    To be fair i'm amazed it's so low, everywhere else is way over the £1000 mark.

    He's probably insured the car, renewed the policy and had a claim in the time its took you to respond to this thread

    lol well the cars insured but i keep my fingers crossed i wont be claiming (not while driving obviously, makes fiddling about in the glove box for cd's while speeding drunk hard to do)
