    his mate will be able to live there rent free if the other 2 are paying £370 each i am 99% positive of that unless he's buying a huge massive expensive house, and chances are at his age he's not gunna be buying anything super flash, probably aroudn 100k, which defo wouldn't cost him £740 a month.

    And if he was buying the house to rent it out he wuld have to get a buy to let mortgage and put a minimum 15% deposit down, which I doubt he's thought about

    :lol: :lol: no comment, i know fuck all about mortages. i initially was gonna just rent cos i thought a year down the line al be gettin me own flat or whatever. but i think getting a mortgage is better for me at the min like, cos im in nee hurry to get my own digs,

    the house is worth £137000. i have no idea what were gonna have to put down as a deposit :confused: . i think were gonna go for it early next year when weve saved up a bit of cash :up: nee joy entering now when one of us is owing loads out per month (not me :p )
