Thats not what he was saying at all to be fair.

Not all the people stealing are stealing from people. Si's point is is that if that your only option was to steal from shops to get food and water then everybody would do it.

Bullying people is a disgrace though, but that's not what Si was agreeing with!

The whole situation is a total nightmare and the government seem to have done very little about it. Unfortunately though, the help that they are trying to send in is having massive problems with violence, getting shot at etc.

Looting for food and water - no problem with that, I'm sure most of us would do the same in that situation (from shops though, not from other people). Looting for anything else - absolutely disgusting. There has been footage of people stealing electrical equipment such as tvs etc. Just where do they think they are going to plug them in?

that's not the first time you've said that, are you sure you're not gay! Try calling me that to me face and I'll punch your lights out you doss cunt

well why the fuck didn't you say that in the 1st place thicky. Most of the "looting" I saw/heard about was for basic supplies but anyone using this to rob someone else is the lowest of the low.

    prick

    Bush is a wanker ......

he is controlled by the money grubbing elite republicans who basically idolise mr burns from the simpsons and try to be him . by poluting , looking over things that would actually be good for all people instead of the select few .

The fact that it has taken an entire week for a real rescue to be organised should be a huge cause for concern but the twat didnt even come straight back from his holiday :wanker:

An area the size of great brittain has been devastated and because he cant see it as an oppurtunity to blame a country he needs oil or minerals off he just swans along saying hel visit !

Hate is a strong word and not one i use alot but I actually hate this man and what he stands for and the people behind him .

karma is all i can say . Eventually what goes around comes around .

Unfortunately though the poor and immobile are the ones that are suffering the most, who may well not have voted for Bush in the first place. Bush may lose the presidency over this (though people will probably have forgotten by then), but the people of Mississipi and Louisiana are actually fighting for their lives, if they haven't lost them already.

Re: Re: Re: Bush HAS to go

politics isn't really my prefer'd field but bear with me.
What has bush done that has affected me! Yes since 'the war on terror' alot has changed not to mention all these horrible terrorist attacks. But Tony Blair runs our country. Him bush and a few others said 'come guys lets not listen to the UN we'll get saddam ourselves' should we not point the finger @ blair for the mess our country is in! I think we have enough of our own problems, crime, unemployment, asylam etc etc to be worrying about what another bloke is doing thousands of miles away

    :)

It is all interlinked though. What happens in one country, particularly those with economic power (think the G8 nations for example) has a massive knock on effect on the rest of the world. Yes, Blair is responsible to some extent for this country, but we don't operate in political and economic isolation.
