KMS Moulding Paste is really good. I used to use it to get my hair all spikey at the back when it was really short :D

the only stuff ive found and prefer is v05 texturizing gum, holds in a nice way and adds a bit of thickness to hair. don't like dax and all the other ones are too weak to do anything with, tried v05 creative glue as its meant to be well strong but its just weird. the gum washes out of your hair straight away too which is a bonus :D everyone go out and try some! use a fair bit of it too, always says less is more on the tin but just stick loads on :d
