Have you actually seen how much business class is? 3-4k! Fuck that. You flew with a dodgy airline though. We flew with Cathy Pacific and they were really good. No delays at all, lovely planes, couldn't knock them at all

Lol aye - Thai airways were fine, loads of room, clean planes and goot aircon but the flights on Gulf Air to/from Heathrow were a MARE! Never ever again!!!

We stayed down on Chaweng Beach and it was AMAZING!!! Loved it :D

We tried to see the temples etc via Tuk Tuk's lol - but we only made it was far as tailors, jewelers etc...then got sick so told him to stop and we got a taxi back to hotel!! We went up to Koh San Road (spelling?!) for the start of Thai new year and was best night I ever had!! So much fun walking around armed with lager and a super soaker!

The heat was that bad yeah :( It was like 30degrees at NIGHT!!! Im sure at one point they were saying it was around 30degrees  Sweat city!

All in all tho was an amazing holiday and would def do again!! Want to go round the other islands tho - beaches, stay away from smelly bangkok

It wont cost that much tho - I got loads of BA and Air France airmiles thru work - so I can just buy ecomomy tickets and then use my airmiles to upgrade  :D

We are going with Thai airways. Managed to get return flight to Bangkok then transfer straight to Phuket for £450. Total flight/travelling time of around 13 hours.

Will be a bit cooler when we go, but more prone to rain.
