One of my memories of Arcane is somehow ending up walking through a small room which turned out to be the reggae room. It was only about 10m long with a door at either end. It absolutely stank of skunk. Quite a bizarre experience which wouldn't have happened at many clubs. Things like that make it such a unique event.

9-11 tbc

3-5 Tim Monckton

have been told to keep it housey this time but will try and squeeze in some classics. any suggestions?

Remember smoking skunk in that very room around 3 or 4 years ago maybe longer, got caught of the bouncers aswell all they did was tell us to put it out.....waited til they'd pissed off then sparked it up again. Definately a unique event no other night like it in the whole of newcastle, reckon im going to make a visit this week havnt been for at least a couple of years..................................................but please no trance classics in the main room Arcane has never been about trance music more techno if anything.

agreed. won't be happening this time. reason behind it last year was the dissappearance of my house record box - it was moved without me noticing as Justin Robertson was going, i only got it back at the end! was an absolute gutter as my other box was the sort of stuff i play at the other venue in town.
