yeh i respect people who acually use it, but i've seen a fair few sets now where someone is just standing their looking at a laptop doing nothing. I'm also a one who likes to be able to see the dj, if you see the djs having a good time aswell it always lifts the mood
ableton is awesome, take zabiela for example, in ibiza used cds vinyl, pionner efx unit, numerous other fx units he brought while live re-editing and adding loops using ableton, multimedia is booming in djing atm, and im all for it to be honest.
