One of my friends has asked me to come - I hope im not the only bloke there, i could do with a few 'yeah i was dragged here too' glances to keep me from laughing my head off half way through putting my foot up my backside or something.

    Should be good anyways :)

I do pilates on a monday sometimes - I know the two are pretty different, but they are both to do with stretching. Just wear comfotable clothes it took me a couple of goes to get the stretches right - its the breathing which is hardest out of everything. In pilates you have to breath out when you hold a stretch but your automatic reaction is to suck in when you hold a stretch its weird. Great when you get the hang of it though  Good luck :wiggle:

it sounds great, how (apart from going to a class with lots of people and me looking stupid - which i often do-) do I learn how to do it?

would you suggest a video, a book or what?

I would love to be flexible and supple, im just so not, but going to the gym sorted that reet out.

I was thinking a yoga vid for my xmas pressie or summat so i can lie aboot the house in odd positions :)

Ill get myself a leotard - how madonna lol

Make sure you have a thick mat to lie on, cos the floor knacks your knees and back!! :(
