Another good result for the Boro though, despite getting outplayed.

Come on Bri, your lot have plenty of previous for being shite in the Premiership

Blunderlands club motto should be "What goes up, must come down"

It all sounds very familiar to the last time we went up and all i heard was "you will come straight back down" etc etc we went on to finish in a very respectable position and also took four points from Newcastle on the way :D

Our last stay in the premiership was when we had our best two seasons, then the worst decision of any manager in the clubs history happened when Reid decided against strengthining (sp) the side when we were second, a few decent signings at that stage of the season and i would probably not of had to watch Burnley last Saturday  and Sunderland would of been involved in European football and who knows were we could of went from there

i don't think his appointment has helped your cause at all. But he did turn Blackburn around for a couple of seasons i guess, just don't think he's a good appointment at all

I am happy with my lot at the moment under Mr Jol :)

Yeah they are in exactly the same situation that we were in, be very interesting to see what way they decide to go, they just need to look at Sunderland to see which decision HAS to be made

Remember under Souey @ Blackburn: He took them up in his first season, something MMc FAILED to do with Sunderland. He won them a cup & I am sure it was 02/03 Premiership season (only 2 seasons ago) he had them finishing the season in 6th place which is better than Sunderland highest ever Premiership finish.

Blackburn are a small club with some racist fans who really should be in my mums cola league.

I ain't even a Souey fan but I think some of them Blackburn fans have very short memories.

You may be the only Newcastle supporter around at the minute making excuses for him, fair play to you but i think everyone knows your backing a donkey on this one, his decision to not even name a full substitute bench during the week is classic. you cant compare what McCarthy had to deal with at Sunderland to anything Souness had at Blackburn what McCarthy did last season with the situation he was handed was nothing short of absoloutley fantastic.
