Yakubu Apparently Portsmouth have slapped a 12million price tag on his head to keep Newcastle and Aston Villa away. Do you rate Yakubu? Do you think hes worth 12 million? The times i have seen him he has looked good, a lot of pace, strong with a wicked shot on him , and i think hes only in his early 20's aswell so tie him down to a long contract and he could be worth it in my opinion.
I rate him. Hes like a bull and has some skill. BUT so is Emile Heskey. He COULD be great, it would be a gamble. Id say 8 mill is a closer valuation.
He's scored a few cracking goals latley the one against Everton was a scorcher. Nowhere near worth £12million tho.
i rate him Wouldn't say 12million, possibly about 8million! But the money in football is stupid! Its not all about the player anymore, if a clubs best player is wanted then there obviously going to see how much there going to get! Especially if there finacial status isn't that stable.
