    Wireless...

Does anyone know if there is a way to stop the connection dropping every 20-30 minutes?

Completely sick of downloading then having to start again because it disconnects

If any one knows a way to make it more stable they will be legendary...

    Cheers

ive got wireless broadband, but you can connect a comp up by wire if you so wish. check the connections on the modem. it may have a cat5 (telephone) socket on it. mine come with other bits in the box

Thats the one we're using, and it's steady as a rock

Our old netgear used to collapse every 20 minutes though

    Strange.

    Wireless Adapter :)

As for checking settings, log into the router and set the DHCP lease time to it's possible maximum. Make sure that you've got the router situated away from any source of interference (i.e. a microwave, cordless phones etc) and for the best performance try not to use any wireless keyboards/mice/gamepads near it as they interfere :)
