    Windows Virtual Memory

    Its happened a few times now!! Me computers relatively new and a couple of times it says windows has had to increase its virtual memory. Me computers not running as fast as when i first got it....just wondering if anyone knows:

    whats causing this virtual memory increase

    how to stop it

    how to get me comp running fast again
