windows shut down.... or not..

    windows shut down.... or not..

    My f***** computer won't turn off... every time I send it to shut down, it does so in the normal way, the power cuts out and it starts straight back up as if on a restart!!

    can anyone diagnose the problem?

    i'd say your pc has aids!! and if it shuts down it will be gone forever

    Check Auto Restart aint ticked under Startup Recovery settings!
