I have had BT Broadband for nearly 2 years and I really can't fault it one bit.

Their customer service is superb, and thanks to recent price changes, it is one of the most competitive providers available at the minute, and almost certainly the most competitive out of the bigger providers.

I recently upgraded to the 1megabit connection from BT, and with minimum fuss, it was sorted for me.

It's only £29.99 a month, excellent value for money.

    I recommend BT!

Yeah true, but loads of the providers are doing this.

I think the 1mbit one is 1gb per day but i'll rarely use all that!

Took me 2 weeks from getting the modem, to actually getting on the net and even then I had to threaten to leave them if they didnt sort it.

The customer service is dismal. All young lads with right fucking attitudes. They are fucking hopeless. :bang:

My connection has been iffy recently too, so if that continues, Ive got another 15min queue before they make me go thru a million checks again and then tell me they cant do anything   Wont be with them nxt year, I tell ya :fuming:

    I've heard simliar stories like.

When I had a problem, I rang bt, they said it would take up to a week to get the new kit out, but they refunded us for the time we were offline which was very good of them!!

Can't fault BT at all really.

The thing that gets me with tehnical support staff is, they just get randoms who aply for the job who seriously have no clue as to what they are talking about most of the time.

They have their little checklist in front of them, and when u ask something more technical they go silent....russle some paper...and then transfer you to another department
