Agreed was a bad buy but Chelsea werent looking for a shrewed investment with thier money in the way other normal clubs would.

i would speand it on torres but im surre he's valued cheaper than 30mil

sheva could be the difference between just another league title or domestic and champions league success. its the cl that chelsea want.

torres will be a great player but he is still inexperienced in many ways, besides chelsea could probs buy him too, or wait another season or two. plus they've looked at tevez, him and torres could be a good pairing in the future if they get their wallets out.
