    whitley bay action

    my mums coming up for a visit tomorrow, and seeing as both of us have never been thought we might go for some beach action. Anything i should know about before i go?

    only joking, only thing that lets it down is the old Spanish City, looks horrible and run down! Tynemouth is waaay better! Cullercoats too!

    I grew up doing all sorts of stuff at Cullercoats Bay. Stuff like jumping off the piers & cliffs ;) , Water skiing and driving Speed Boats and Jet Skis...for that i'm biased about which beach i prefer...Tynemouth Longsands is a good family beach and can be an awesome 'break' which is good for Surfing :up:

    King Eddies is also a good break, but its quite a small and secluded beach, fancy taking Jambon there Jess ;) :eek: :laugh:

    Beadnell is nice if you've got a car. Bamburgh too.
