Get to the metro station.. Exit the station and head down to the bus shelters. Head up towards argos.. pass argos and keep heading upward in that direction. If you follow the path you will see a subway followed by a group of pubs. Keep heading in this direction and you will cross a road and if you look across the road on your left you will see a single branch of Lloyds TSB. You will then pass the market stalls and the old town hall on your right. You should now be able to see a roundabout and behind that you ahould be able to view the tyne. Wlak towards the roundabout and cross to the other side of the road.. going towards the tyne. You should now be able to see the ferry landing.. a big fuck off neon stlye thing. This will be on your right.. head left. You should see an entrance with two pillars on either side.. there is normally a tramp/homless person standing on that corner. Follow the road and it will lead to the cusoms house. I think that should help ya.. I'm not sure if they are consice enough though
