Where can I waste the money on my metrocentre gift card?

    Where can I waste the money on my metrocentre gift card?

    I got one with £60 for christmas, but I want some new trainers and the only place other than Scuh that I see anything decent is in Footlocker on northumberland street. Am I able to use the card there or is it strictly limited to shops inside the metrocentre, and inside eldon square itself?

    yeah mate, i think so.

    got some quality 6.0's from schu yesterday - 40 quid with NuS discount. bling.

    got my new air max 90's as well from footlocker. 90 quid :(

    apart from that didnt really see anything much of a stand out going, but i'm a bit of a nike whore when it comes to trainers now.

    theres loads of places to get trainers in the metrocentre like. you dont really need to look beyond JD tbh.

    aye K, the clothing isnt much but they have a decent range of adidas originals and nike tho. Most of their lacoste and plimsoll ranges are surprisingly good too. Had nowt like that when i worked there.

    take the gift card to Size? in Boro and prepare to cum in your pants at the sheer extent of unreal trainers at your disposal using that gift card

    I tend to only get Adidas superstar type styles, or I wouldn't mind a pair of either Nike or Onitsuka's with a bit of colour in them. I'm not one for plain looking minimalistic things. I tend to see the best selection in Foot Locker, followed by Schuh. JD etc tend to cater for the chav massif a lot more imo.

    I might try the old 'Mam do you wanna buy my vouchers off me' angle..

    Vouchers in the past could always be used at Metro Centre and Eldon Square regardless of branding. Not sure what score is with new cards, presume its the same ?

    and - USC in eldon square had a nice range of superstars in, however i'd flog them to ya mam - there was masses of superstars in office that were nice :)

    also in USC new arrival G-star Jeans.... 130 quid. wtf man. i'd rather sport them APC's that adam's got :lol:

    It is.. there are some other locations you can use it too, but I've never heard of them. Other parts of the country where there are other shopping centres owned by the same people as metrocentre and eldon square.

    Still a bit minimal for my liking. I like something with either some sort of patterns or a few colours on them. Might get a pair of Etnies too cos they're comfortable as fuck. It's looking like the Onitsuka's are winning my favour at the mo.
