    You can get fabric pens in Debenhams, HOF etc

    You can certainly order them from Wards factory shop in packs also.

    White? you wont get a white fabric pen. There isnt enough pigment you can put in it to overcome dark fabric. Not permanently anyhoo.

    You need a plastic/oil based pen, not made specifically for t-shirts.

    That should be really really hard to get hold of, and expensive I reckon, something along the likes of spraypaint.

    wouldn't using a bleach pen/similar do?
