    When you cook meat

IS the best before extended? Like cooking kills the bacteria so can the meat keep for a extra couple of days if its cooked on the BBD?

If its been frozen until its about to be cooked it's a bit like 'freezing' it in time, to a degree.

Not the case if it's fridged though!

yeah it was frozen on day of purchase and tastes and smells fine but this question is in general and not just for froaen food. I think the Best before is extended after cooking as the germs are dead and need time to return.

you shouldn't reheat chicken at all, tis not good cos of the bacteria that are in chicken either that or nuke it so that they all die

you should also not reheat takeaway rice cos that's also not good for you :)
