I live in a rented student house with 3 other people. One of those other people owns the house ( her mother bought it for her) and is therefore my landlady and also a right dickhead.

Last night me and my lass went to bed about half one cos we had to be up kinda early (b4 12) 3am comes and kim (the one who owns the house) comes in with her mate and two random blokes. They proceed to have a fucking party in the living room and my bedroom is on the ground floor next to the living room.

Hannah is another girl who lives in the house and is really sound. Her bedroom is above mine.

Once they had finished partying down stairs they moved upstairs to fuck each other kim in her own room and her mate shaggin some random in hannahs room, which imo is bang out of order.

Anyway i got to sleep at half seven in the morning. Woke up at 2 to find my fucking wallet had been stolen with 100 quid in it. Not impressed.

Everyone had done a runner and poor hannahs room had ash all over the bed and was just a general shit hole.

Yeah i usually do lock my door. But tbh i shouldnt really have to watch where i leave things in the house. Its a bit serious when you have to hope you housemates dont bring criminals back. See what your saying though, looks like ill have to lock everything in my room.

Proper bad crack that like mate, I used to live in a flat with 5 others and at times there used to be about 20-30 people there at afters most who I didnt know. Just have to be extra careful about leaving valuables about. A few CDs went missing but luckily was nowt as serious as that I would have been well pissed off.

As for the noise I was probs the worst culprit in our flat so couldnt really comment

tbh mate you could probably get her renting license off her. she's supposed to be responsible for safety of the house. check your contract if you can, then defo report her then make sure no one moves in ever again. or just punch her
