Cicada "The Things You Say" (Dirty South Remix) has a good chance of being up there.

That remix of the Jimmy Sommerville tune will/is quite popular right now.

Bit cheesy but it did go down a storm at Tiesto last month.

that Armand Van helden - My My My, is a fine piece of summer funky house pop,

    http://mp3.juno.co.uk/MP3/SF184167-01-05-02.mp3

if only he still got Dj Sneak or somebody like that to do a remix so underground snobs like me had a version we could play without being cast out by the trainspotters

    and i reckon that

Ron Hall & The Muthafunkaz feat Mark Evanz - The Way You Love Me , on defected will be getting played alot all summer

quite ashamed of myself, about 5 years ago i used to be quite good at guessing what would be the big summer house records, don't have a clue these days, don't read mixmag or dj mag these days, also there seems to be loads more these days, back then there was usually 2 or 3 that came out of the winter music conference but now it's anyones guess

I don't like the Stonebridge remix at all. Original or the Ashley Beadle New York remixes are the best.
