Dont think i could hack living over there - but the idea of having a massive house, a hummer on the drive and a cupboard full of automatic weapons is quite attractive ...... all for the princely sum of 300 quid a month mortgage (I worked it out). Yeah they have property taxes over there linked to the value of the property. its like 1 or 2 percent a year or something. We would spend 80 grand up in newcastle for a burned down terrace in scotchy with nightly raids by the feral kids to nick the lead off your roof.

i watch The Wire dude i ant moving to the usa Id like to get a place in Florida but bottom line is the place is a fucking swamp thats been concreted over. Miami didnt exist until about 100 years ago... the air isnt the best its quite close all the time. The major plus point for me is that its a decent country and you dont have to worry too much about your property when your not there, not the same in Bulgria or Goa for example

I've "watched" the OC many a time with my pants around my ankles, and if the birds on there are anything to go by, then this place is THE place to go. We could all chip in and fund a nucastle.co.uk timeshare.
