    @ Jimi:

    I'm doing [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High_intensity_training"]High intensity training - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia@@AMEPARAM@@/wiki/File:Question_book-new.svg" class="image"><img alt="Question book-new.svg" src="http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/9/99/Question_book-new.svg/50px-Question_book-new.svg.png"@@AMEPARAM@@en/thumb/9/99/Question_book-new.svg/50px-Question_book-new.svg.png[/ame] training with a high protein, low carb/fat diet. 6 (small) meals a day, every 3 hours.

    For example:

    9am 4 Weetabix with semi skimmed milk + 1 Met-RX

    *gym session*

    12pm 1 x Met-Rx & a banana

3pm Chicken/Tuna salad sarnie on wholemeal bread.

    6pm 1 x Met-RX

9pm Chicken breast with broccoli and baked potato

    11pm 1 x Met-RX

We only do 1 hour at a time in the gym, day on day off. Concentrating (hard) on one part of the body at a time. Arms/Chest one day, Back/shoulders on the next session & legs on the last!

    Works for me :)

true, and didnt do much for me either :D

what Met-RX are you on about? i'd rather go for any kind of whey isolate containing less than 2g's of carb per 100, its all the same shit at the end of the day.

dymatize at my local supplements shop is going for 25 quid for a 5lb tub, its a class brand with hardly nee carbs.

although i'm going bits on a "myprotien.com" order with a few other's and i'm getting 7kg ( ) of whey for 30 odd quid. bargain.

key to losing weight = burn off more than you eat, and in my case it was a mixture of cardio and weights. couldent really keep myself to that eat geet loads of small meals malarky - didnt have the means of carrying round food tbh
