All Erikson would have gained from last nites match is that the flights to Portugal are nice. Wow he found out Beckham can play 40 yd cross field balls and deliver a good free kick, James is good in goal but prone to the odd clanger, Cole cant defend for toffee, Owen is good running onto beckhams balls etc. Nothing knew! Fair enough the defence was an experiment but that was only forced on him not thru choice. He needs to play a few of the fringe players alongside the established players from the start to see how the fit into the set up *rant over*
