    put on where?

Im talking about the relentless amount of 'classics' nights that they do, not the lineup

there is no way that mauro picotto would fit into a trance night these days. his stuff is nothing like it.
and the fact that gatecrasher constantly puts classics nights on means that every dj is going to play plenty of classics.
i hate pure classics nights. i much prefer hearing a dj drop a classic in the middle of a set. when classics are on you no what is guna be played

Gatecrasher Classics in Leeds, is a Classics night, so Yes there will be the majority of Classics played

Mauro Picotto at Crasher Rules is not a Classics night, but Mauro will be playing some of his older stuff, so he does fit in more with a trance night these days

considering picotto recently described his sound as "always changing but at the moment electronic acid house, always around 130bpm"

    enjoy your night :)

Would be a good lineup if it wasn't for the fact it wasn't just another boring classics night.

tbh mate trance in the past few yrs has been much better than the old stuff. theres alot more variety, and the sounds of the tracks are much better due to new technology. Over the years i can name more tracks that i like than i can just from the "classics era". you obviously listen ultrabeat
