Fair play to the Mackems like, there doing pretty well, with hardly any money spent, but 2 questions for Sunderland fans- 1. Do you agree that the league is a pretty poor one, compared to recent seasons? I know you can only beat who your playing, and you's are doing that, but do you agree it's not a very good league this season 2. Do you honestly think you have a chance staying up next season. Is your squad better equiped to stay up, unlike the last Premiership squad. I honestly don't think you've got a chance to stay up, unless you put quite a few millions into the team, which to my mind, you's haven't got. Agree or not? Please don't turn this into another NUFC v SAFC thread
1. I would say the league is about the same as it was last season really, id say it wasnt a good league last season and isnt now but you cant really expect it to be a good league cos nobodys got any money. 2. Honestly its going to be really really hard, but in MM i think we have a manager who could keep us up. We do need at least 4 players and we wont have 15 million say to get these players so Hopefully MM can get some players in on loan.
Re: We are.... Yes mate, atmosphere was class today! Whitley was shite and so was Lawerence MM made a the right decision taking them 2 off after 50 minutes cos it changed the game! Lets hopefully keep it up, still got to travel to Ipswich and Wigan so its not over yet.
1. The league is always poor tbh - as harper says, no money available and its always very very scrappy with teams desperate to get into the top flight. Cos lets face it - thats all that matters aint it. 2. I think in all honesty we will stay up. I have this glimer of hope that someones gonna come in and buy us once we get promotion and pump millions into the club....BUT....even without that, I think we can survive...i wont be easy, but I think MM has proved to us all he can make a good team with very little to spend. I live in hope The thing I REALLY want back is Derby days...totall miss em

I went last year we had about 8 thousand down, the ground is right in the middle of a retail park and the coppers are wankers! If we manage not to lose against Wigan and Ipswich we will be up! fingers crossed aye but it could all change so im not gunna shout me mouth off just yet.
