    Virus???

I had a few trojan detections on Norton yesterday and ever since my internet connections folder is mental...... loads of new connections called "user894398943" etc

What is this any ideas? I'm scared it might be one of them premium call trojans! But Norton doesn't detect anything.

    hmm...

Download AVG and Spybot and run scans - www.download.com

Also if you have genuine Windows you should get Windows Defender from the MS site.

    PS - Get the headphones?

does spybot do the same job as ad-aware, and if so is it better?

Norton is still drawing a blank, as are spybot and ad aware. Really irritating!

I've used ad aware to wipe any conflicts off and installed zonealarm, since this thing is affecting my connection setups, thought it might help if anything/one is up to no good... everything seems fine for now

I'll bet norton has removed the trojans and the connections were created before it deleted them.

    nah it done it after

it disconnects from the net and adds "user43787483" etc to the connections folder, so i delete them and reconnect

everytime it disconnects these user things are added but its not done it since i added a new firewall and adware thing
