    vinyl to cd migration

About to make the final jump from vinyl and digital files to cds. Has anyone had any problems with cheap cd-rs and skipping.

Im about to start the long haul of burning all of my digital stuff to cd. Probably just leave my vinyl for the time being.

Should i be buying cd-r audios or with just normal cd-rs do the job. I dont want to have to deal with skipping all the time and dont really want any quality issues

    cheers

if youd gone with Serato then you would have to bother with this carry on ;)

make sure you dont burn at anything faster than 4x

having a dodgy cd crash a cdj infront of 300 people is pretty nerveracking

Use Verbatims or Tao Yudens, probably the best media available.
