    Video Cards

Does anyone know anything about video cards?

Basically I need to get a decent video card for my PC, for use with Premiere 6.5 and combustion. DV going in and out to super VHS. I've been looking at the Pinnacle range of capture cards (there's some on e-bay). They seem OK but I don't need any software (which seems to come with most of them), so I'm thinking for my £80-£100 can I get a better card?

Oh btw, I'm running XP on a Pentium 4 2.0.
