    Re: Vegas

Sorry didnt reply earlier hun, the Luxor is amazing, i`d highly reccommend it

We were there 3 weeks ago getting married and stayed at The Mardi Gras, its 5 mins off the strip making it nice and quiet, but obviously it aint as bling at the Luxor.

If you go, be sure to visit the Mirage hotel where they have a dolphin enclosure and big cats pens as well, its amazing,

My main reccomendation would be the Blue Man group, its amazing but also one of the funniest serious shows ive ever seen (if you get what I mean)

Either way, youll love it out there, we got back 2 weeks ago and are booking up again already!

I'd love to go to Vegas! I've never been, but if I did I would stay in The Luxor, because it looks lush :cool2:

I've not stayed at either, from what I remember from last time I was in Vegas the Luxor is a more modern hotel so it's probably got the better rooms, but the Flamingo is in a more prime place on the strip.

The buffet at the Luxor is pretty good though...

You'll love the Luxor I went there last year. We stayed in one of the jacquzzi suites there and the nightclub Ra is ok as well in the hotel.

If you need any info you can PM me.:D

Have booked the flights but when I went to book the hotel it says its not available any more and on all other sites its a lot more expensive :(

Probably gunn ahave to be the Flamingo now unless anyone has any other recommendations?? Remember it's for a 50th birthday so i don't think they'll be too bothered about clubbing  :p

The Sahara seems to be coming up quite cheap as well as the Excalibur and Circus Circus???

The Sahara is amazing, Id prefer that over the Excalibur

Ive heard a couple of bad reports about Circus Circus though

Try and remember Nat, your not going to spend much time at all in your own hotel, mostly itll be going round the other ones
