I love scot oroject as much as most people but twice in the two promices i feel at they could have had more people choose from with a similar type of music like
    Yoji
    Eddie
    S.H.O.K.K.
    Kai Tracid
    Uberdruck
    Derb
    Guyver

    Still a class line up do. :D :D :D :D :D

There has already been talk of this Slash mate.
Scot Project is trying to promote himself more in the UK and Mark is giving him 2 dates to 'help him out' as such.
I dont mind it, he rocks!!!
He'll being alot of people into the club on both occasions and hopefully we can see some of the dj's u listed in the near future!!!

    Re: Variety

There are a lot of people who hate him - think he's the worst DJ playing major clubs. Guess he's one of those people you love or hate

SP has made huge tunes that nearly EVERYONE knows & has also played for Gods @ the Arena making him much more known than the others.

Eddie you can catch him @ Promise @ TT
Yoji he lives in asia a once a year booking max.

and the rest aint got the profile for your average north east floating customer.

SHOKK have played Promise before, Guyver would be more suited to quality, I would love to see the rest play up here but they'd have to be on with someone a bit more established in the UK on that particular night.:)

SHOKK played but it was a very low turnout. Guyver would be okay for quality but not as a headliner.

Your right about the rest but do they charge less £££'s if they are not headlineing?

I wouldn't know about that Spence but now that Promise is monthly do u not reckon that more money will be made and put into booking dj's?
This would be an opportunity for lesser known(in the UK) dj's to play at Promise and also help them to break into the UK scene a bit more.
Is this not whats happening with Scot Project?

You either pack the bill with loads of say class B,C & D DJs on the bill or you book 1 class A DJ with resident support.

people always seem to enjoy it when sp is on and it is never dead. He's also on with good djs - ornadel + o bir this month/ signum next. If he wants to play at promise don't think theres anythin wrong wit it. Its only twice in a row - what would people say if he actually was a resident!

Yes, but unknowns dont work in the northeast. As we live an area where the pub/bar rules, also the people leaving these places will look at flyer with:Yoji,S.H.O.K.K.,Kai Tracid,Uberdruck on & think the cocktails are on special.

lol, if people did see them, they would be more than impressed though. Its just a case of getting the people to come and see them yeah?
I agree with what you are saying but I still think that these dj's would be good in Promise.
Hopefully we will see some of them play in the future.
