van dyk at trees good banter although i wont be able to go cos i have this bank holiday of well i can always hope
Few complaints about this are.... 1) £20 is a bit steep, yes i know its a bank holiday and yes i know its van Dyk but he'll only be playing 2 hours at most. Passions on the night before on for longer same amount of djs and only £15. 2) 5 Djs in 7 hours means van Dyk will get 2 hours at most and if he does that means one of Hardwick, Mark Norman and Sheridan will have to have just an hour unless all 4 get 1 n 1/2 hours each. I'll still be going but they should have just had 1 less dj on or something but it wouldnt be Goodgreef without them cramming in as many djs as posssible in the little time its open.
£ 20 is the normal price round about for a bank holiday though aint it ?? agree with the volume of djs shouldnt be that many just van dyk and matt would be a winner
It probably does.. But I'll be driving and I'm gettin a bit sick of staying sober all night then having to try and stay awake while driving back.. Although.. I'll bare in mind what you have said.. and look for a travelodge instead
theres a travle lodge just down the road in yarm preston farm site only a 10 min commute in a taxi and half the price
This will be an amazing weekend, the German twice in 24 hours as well as Patterson and Andy Moor at Passion, then Hardwick, Sheridan and Mark 'I always play Saltwater - The Legacy' Norman at GG Proper weekender
my god i cant believe you are already complaining about stuff they get one of your fav djs on and your still not happy :spangled: aaron, slash .................. stages 4 going on to 5?????? The stages of a clubber: Stage 1: Initial contact with clubbing made. Clothing will probably be some trousers, a ben sherman shirt and some shoes. Will often wear ( un funky) sunglasses too. Stage 2: Honeymoon stage. This is where rave gimpness begins. U get easily excited by every night and love almost every DJ. You go out a lot more now than before. You will probably be seen attempting cyber, and badly. Hair may be sprayed in a variety of colours, RAC jackets worn, etc.. Finding star gazer seems like you've discovered the holy grail. If you are going to start taking drugs, now is the time. To be fair tho, this is easily the best stage to be in. People in later stages often look back at this stage and wish they were here! Stage 3: Will be split in 2. ... On one hand you have now mastered cyber on the other you abandoned the rave clothes in exchange for something more comfy. This is the caining stage and can last for ages. You go out everyweek if you can, often several times in one weekend. You put ur body thro hell, and love every minute of it. You now know most people in the clubs too and enjoy getting wrecked with them everyweek. Stage 4: The ' Got the T shirt stage'. You've now been there and done it all before. You are still going out all the time, and loving it tho will not be getting as excited as in the past. If you were ever taking drugs, it is likely that you will have eased off now and prefer a more social approach. The days of chatting sh!t to a complete stranger are gone. Alchohol seems the way forward now. Stage 5: The miserable old git stage. You're starting to get bored now.. It was always better ' back in the day'. You'll still go out, tho it will slowly stop as you begin to settle down. The yellow trousers have been gathering dust in the loft for an eternity. Welcome to the begining of the end! You now face the reality that your friday and saturday nights in future will be spent dodging fights at cheesy clubs or staying in and watching TV.
Think I might show my face at this Does Trees still have the 70's room? Might see if a few friends wana go, but they'd get bored in the main room after a bit.
lmao @ 'at least o'callaghan' Them stages are totally true Claire-O, im been stuck in stage 3 for years now Ive never even been in the funky room at trees lol, fuck knows where the 70's room is :spangled:
