glad u's mentioned that it automatically renews coz my xbox is fooked and ive just checked me xbox account on line and it said automatic renewal on, so turned it off

you have to call them to cancel it, theres no option online even if you knew your password.

it depends on which part of the world your call gets routed to on how easy the cancellation is....good luck.

yeah mine was pretty straight forward, just answered a couple questions and that and just asked why I wanted to cancel etc.
