Uninstalling a program that has not installed properly.

Does anyone know how to uninstall a program that has not installed properly. Basically, the program is there and it's working fine but the installation finished at about 98%.

When I try to uninstall it says:

"The log file c:\AW\Maya4.0\uninst.isu is not valid or the data has been corrupted. Uninstallation will not continue."

How do I get this off my comp properly (not just deleting the folder AW\Maya)???

delete the folder then run Norton Utils..... this should work.

If not to to START>>RUN>>Type "REGEDIT">>EDIT>>FIND>>Type "Maya"

This will bring up registry entrys fir that s/w...... delete them.

MAKE SURE THERE ARE FOR THAT S/W THO. You could fuck your machine.
