    uncontrolable 'bah' noises when drifting off to sleep.

    anybody get this, and what the hell is it? i've tried googling without luck, i get it all the time its weird. :confused: sorry if its a shite thread but i just wanna know if others get this and if they know wot it is?

    Happens to me sometimes like!

    Don't exactly shout "Bah" like but sort of a deep, short "hmm" - like when i'm nearly asleep but still know i'm doing it! Don't think it's owt to worry about like!

    Usually when i've been on the piss, or when REALLY tired.

    yep.. your muscles relax more when you've drank - i snore like a bitch when im pissed.. made even worse when i've fallen asleep on a settee/at an angle i'm not used to..

    i get a mad buzzing wave come over me when nodding off if that what u mean by bah
    and some times proper jump/flinch when nodding off!!

    it only happens when iv had a big weekend and took naughty things:p

    I do it occasionally. Occasionally get what I call a full body shock too - like the normal jolt you get just as you drop off to sleep, but much more intense.

    i squeek when im waking up, when i go to sleep i have to have proper silence otherwise its game over, although i do get mad muscle spaz's when ive had a long weekend!
