SHADWELL ARMY! our hooligan firms used to use the odd bar and stick... its just we were forced to eradicate it from our game, which we have to a good degree, english football grounds are reletively safe... the powers that be dare not offend the italians, turks, greeks, eastern europeans etc where the peasant mentality of 'ultras' still reigns strong... they need a long ban and heavy sanctions otherwise the violence will continue.
