They're now known as PBR - Premium Bars & Restaurants. Add Julies/Blue to that list - that closed a few months back. I don't think Baja was ever owned by them if I remember correctly? I could be wrong....

Baja is/was owned by the company i work for, TCG (Formally Spirit Group/Punch) i remember having to go there to knick all the fridges for our place ages ago
that md was bob senior who then set up another company was it NE1 that then got a 51% share of digital and we all know what happened there lol
Theyre fucking shocking ultimate leisure, a right load of wankers. Used to work for them a few years ago, said they would bar me from every bar they owned when i left and refused to work my notice. I was bothered like.... they run some of the most dreadful bars in the north.
