Ugrent Help needed PPL!!!

    Ugrent Help needed PPL!!!

    Ive got Windows Xp home edition, and i need to kno where/how to make a boot disc so i can re-format my hard drive, as i aint got a clue?

    Any help would be grateful. Thanx

    yeah, ive got that green XP reload disc, but that only deletes the files youve put on the computer yourself i think, to fully wipe it, u format it, then use the green reload disc (i think) but i dont kno where to make one, i kno u can do it with windows 98 and 2000.

    you cant make a boot disc with XP, simply because it doesnt need one.

    with a full version of xp the cd IS the boot disc.

    You can get those crappy backup/restore disks that dont actually contain a standard XP install on them from your OEM. In which case, a theoretical, although non condoned, possibility that would work would be to pirate XP off a mate / kazaa.
