    not pretty but we're through. thought mcclarens tactics were all wrong but hey the result is what counts.

    hopefully viduka and boateng will be back in time for the visit and trip to lisbon, where with a bit of luck it might be a bit warmer!

    all in all a good night for the northeast. :)

    The first half wasnt too bad but the change to 3-5-2 at half time was shit, especially bringing Doriva on.

    Downing's injury soured the result, hope its not serious

    yeah i didn't get that at all.. it was like ok, batton down the hatches lads, lets see if we can keep them out for 45 minutes. not fun to watch at all.
