TV Signal transmitters

    TV Signal transmitters

    anyone use these? you get two little boxs that can transmit a tv signal (sky, freeview etc) from the living room to a room upstairs....... do they work?

    I used one a good few year back , and i had to assign a channel to broadcast the signal on , only probs was the whole street could see wot i was watching if they tuned into the same channel lol !! :oops:

    I've got one, sends digital TV upstairs... it's really good quality but can be effected by movement/interferance easily

    But cant u only watch what ever the person in watchin on the TV downstairs where the signal is transmitting from???

    yeah, it just broadcasts whatever is input - i.e. if you put your digi box thru it - it's just broadcast whatever channel it is set to... although mine has a IR receiver so i can use the remote upstairs to change channel on the digi box

    My Dad has one, the picture it transmits is pish though.
