Next up on FRIDAY 29TH AUGUST 2008 we welcome DJ HYPE, CYANTIFIC, PLUS 8, PHOBIA & SWITCH MC! First up we have DJ HYPE, actually the first ever big guest DJ that Turbulence booked back in 1999 when we finally moved from the smaller Global Café to the University Basement. He’ll be giving Digital's Funktion One’s a workout in the only way he knows how! Expect nothing but party vibes when the Playaz don steps up to the Turbulence turntables – don’t miss it! Next on the bill is CYANTIFIC, a Turbulence debut. Signed to the ever popular Hospital label, Cyantific have gone from strength to strength since the release of their debut album ‘Ghettoblaster’ in 2005. As DJs they play across the world and Jon is known for his seamlessly quick mixing and wicked tune selection of classics through to cutting edge DnB, come and see the Hospital boys in action! We also welcome PLUS 8 from Grenade to play the last hour of the night. Resident support comes in the form of PHOBIA & SWITCH MC. This month's warm up slot goes to SHOCON. Room two will be host to a night of Hip Hop, Funk and anything in between from SPECTRA, NIRZ, FLABSKI & HADOSHROOM. Sound in this room will also be provided by Funktion One.
