Tune ID - Often played at Promise (and GG too)

This song with a massive instrumental breakdown, starts and stops, you think its going to break and it starts again, for quite a long time. Then it goes quiet, and suddenly the beat kicks back in.. and it all goes mental from there.

I know it's a bit of a long shot but any ideas will be greatly appreciated, i love it. I heard it last night at GG and ive heard it a few times before at promise too.

Is the reason why you can remember red snapper was because I went mental over it? I'd never heard it in a club before - had it on me comp ages..
